So, turns out that we didn’t get the next batch of updates out to you guys last week! Please don’t be mad at us? We could give you a kiss on the forehead for good measure.
In all fairness though, we DID have a couple of good reasons as to why it wasn’t the best of ideas to make a post last week. First off, we had the movie’s fourth anniversary to celebrate! Wow, hard to believe sometimes that it’s been this long since we were all treated to the charms and wonders of the city of Zootopia. We didn’t want to get in the way of all the other posts that were focused on the anniversary.
The second reason, though, is what really solidifed why we shouldn’t make a post: the site had a few technical hiccups that would’ve resulted in a lot of the posts made in February getting outright deleted if we weren’t careful. I’m no tech wizard, but it would’ve made things difficult if we made a story update post for getting caught up on all the updates in the backlog, only to have it erased so we would have to make it AGAIN. Better to err on the side of caution in this particular case; it delayed things a bit, but don’t worry, we’ll make it up to you guys by having not one, not two, but three update posts this week! Hope that sweetens the deal for ya!
The fixes made to the site did conjure up a few more issues with the most recent story update posts that we’ll have to go in and correct, namely with adding back in some of the cover art pictures, but fortunately nothing seems to be completely out of place. We apologize again for making you all wait, but without further delay, let’s get back to sharing all this awesome content!
