During the 15th Anniversary special showing of Tangled at The El Capitan Theater in Hollywood, there was a Q&A with the film’s director, Byron Howard. You may have heard of him. This is one of his first event appearances since Disney began promoting Zootopia 2, so naturally some questions came up. And he was ready with some answers- in particular, that Rapunzel’s weapon of choice, the trusty frying pan, would make a few appearances in Zootopia 2!
As we can see here, Nick seems very pleased at his use of said frying pan, while Judy looks horrified at whoever he just used it on at the Gala. So that’ll have some fun ramifications!
He also teased that there was another trailer coming in a couple of weeks, so look forward to that!

Who is gonna bet that it was Gary who Nick hit with frying pan and that’s how he lost his fang? Just like in Tangled Series episode Pascal’s Story where little Rapunzel hit that Snake who tried to eat baby Pascal with frying pan and it loose its fang.
