WE DID IT!  ONE MILLION PAGEVIEWS BEFORE THE END OF AUGUST!!
and it happened on the five-month anniversary of ZNN’s launch, too!
Thank you all SO MUCH for all that you have done to make this blog the AMAZING site that it is.  We wouldn’t be here without your continued love and support!
 
So to celebrate, I have a list of a few of my my all-time favorite videos and music we’ve featured on this site!  Check those out after the break!

So, everything here is my personal opinion based on the past six months of obsession.  Enjoy!

 

 

1- Try Everything by The Punkens.  I listen to this on repeat CONSTANTLY.  It’s just… it’s perfect!  My only regret is not giving it its own post.

 

2- Two Seconds.   The moment where young Judy scolds older Judy for giving up, followed by the brief image of the Night Howler flower, is just so powerful.  I love it so, so much!

3- Zootopia: The Musical- Vermin (by Jack Cassidy).  I am an enormous fan of musical theater, and to see my favorite movie converted to something else I love so much… It was brilliant!

4- Mashin’ Jams musical mashups.  Specifically, When can I Try Everything Again and Dance Every Feeling.  I can’t listen to these songs on their own anymore, they just fit so well it’s like they were always meant to be together!  In fact, you could say “[they] were born to be together, born to get together!”

 

5- Impossible by Aviators. The one that started it all.  The first post on the site.  The song that solidified my desire to make a blog to feature the incredible stuff this fandom has produced.  And it’s still, in my mind, some of the best original music to come from the fandom.  Bravo!

  7. I seriously wanted to cry when I was reading/watching/listening to this post.
    It just made me reflect on how strongly Zootopia struck me when I first saw it, and how amazing of a journey it's been, staying with this blog, trying so many new things, and joining a community who's creativity, spirit, and support was limitless.
    Thank you, so much, to — well, everyone and everything.
    It's been great.
