Today we got a very unexpected surprise- a few still images of a Zootopia 2 preview taken from a Thai movie theater! Apparently there was a trailer shown before the new Fantastic Four movie, which released in Thailand today, and user 小红书 Lillian莉莲 on RedBook (aka Xaiohongshu) posted a few pictures. This was then shared to twitter by @elsa1359, who gave us the information.
Beware of spoilers below, though if what we suspect is going on here turns out to be correct, it might not technically be a leak. But we’ll come back to that in a moment.
Exclusive preview from the Thai cinema. Judy even talked about the first anniversary of her partner with Nick.

The captions have been translated, thanks to @Cheezeit2witter, and roughly read “Whoa, sounds like we’re complimenting each other” and “We’ve talked about this before”, respectively. Now, the scene on the right was shown off at the Annecy film festival, so I can confirm that translation is accurate, but it is unclear how close the first one is to what was actually said. The scene on the left was talked about, but not shown, so this is a first. So, now we finally get to see Nick in a tux, and Judy’s yellow dress on full display! I have to say, I also really like her ear-do, especially since she has them in a… bun.
We reached out to Disney for comment, but they had no statement on this. We do have our own speculation of how this happened, and why it might not actually be a leak.
As mentioned before, the trailer was shown before the movie The Fantastic Four: First Steps, which is set to release in Thailand on July 24th. However, over there, it already IS July 24th- as of time of posting, it’s about 10am there. I suspect that this particular movie theater had a midnight screening, which the RedBook user Lilian attended and took pictures at, and from there it made its way to the rest of the world.
So, if that theory is correct, we may be getting a new trailer tomorrow! We will be sure to keep you all informed if that happens.
Update 7/24/2025: So it seems the trailer is not playing before Fantastic Four anywhere else. We’ll have to see if this turns out to be a one-off fluke or if other theaters in Thailand are seeing this trailer too.
