Football, or soccer, is one of the most popular sports worldwide. Nearly every nation has a team that represents it internationally. Smaller leagues exist throughout various countries where amateurs and pros alike can compete for trophies, cash, and other prizes. Fame, of course, is also a certain aspect of it, with the most well-known footballers having fan bases that are nothing short of mind-boggling. Over in South Korea, one of the largest pro football leagues is known as K-League. The league is set up into 2 divisions with 26 total teams across the country. Similar to other sports, the two divisions face off in an elimination-style play-offs that result in a championship that crowns one of them the winner each year. Currently, the sport is ongoing, and last year the championship was held in late 2024 with Daegu FC coming out on top with the trophy.
Recently, the league has announced that they in collaboration with Disney, they are opening a pop-up store in Seoul from July 16 for 13 days. This store will feature many Zootopia-themed products, including jerseys, patches, badges, key rings, dolls, bags, charms and many other options.
On the third floor of the store where customers can customize their own K-League jersey a different number of options, including name, number, and of course, the Zootopia-themed patches. So if you happen to be over Seoul at this time of year, now is the time to act. This is a limited time event that is set to close shop near the end of the month so time is ticking.
