Back in March, you may remember that ZNN featured DomJAnthony’s excellent comic series, The Zootopia Bake-Off, an absolute joy of a story wrapped up in fluff and angst with some fantastically drawn art to top it all off.
Why am I bringing this up? Well, you can probably guess, but I’ll tell you anyway! He’s back with another comic series, Papa Gideon, and it’s every bit as lovable as the last.
Having managed to win the Zootopia Bake-Off, we now get to explore a new stage in Gideon and Sharla’s lives as they take on their greatest challenge yet: Parenthood! DomJAnthony’s particular brand of fluff mixed with angst is as on point as ever as the couple tries their best to look after their new family while we learn more about the fox Gideon used to be.
Turns out getting free of your past isn’t so easy, especially when you’re trying to set a good example for the kids.
