It’s been a busy week for the stars of Zootopia 2. The press tour is in full swing, and for most of them, that involves a stop onto the couch of Good Morning America! We get some interesting tidbits of information from some of them, exclusive clips from others, and a few visits by life-sized versions of their characters in vehicles.
Furthermore, D23 Inside Disney had a chat with Ginnifer Goodwin and Nate Torrence at Disney’s Animal Kingdom to talk about Better Zoogether, and then sat down with Jason Bateman where he had some… interesting things to say. Here’s a preview:
Lisa Cabello (Host of D23 Inside Disney): Is there anything you thought was super cool in the making of this movie, like the animation or just something like really cool behind the scenes that you discovered?
Bateman: You know, it’s neat to wait to see what the animators do with the line that you have given them, because if Nick Wilde is saying “I love you” to Judy, you know, I can say it in a loving way, but if the animator makes me look sarcastic with it well that might not be right. So it’s a partnership with the animator and you hope that there’s going to be a yin to your yang.
