Try Everything- Cover by The Punkens (Reuploaded)

At time of writing, it’s 4am. There’s no reason for an article to be going live at this time. It’s nuts.

But I feel as though things are rather nuts at the moment. My life feels nuts.

I won’t go into too much detail, but a lot has happened in the past few months, while also feeling like not nearly enough has happened. I visited my best friends family. My sister’s family, including my toddler nephews, came to visit. While they were here, all of us were in a car wreck, and thank the lord none of us were hurt- we all walked away from a totaled car and the worst of it was a light cut on my arm. Remember to wear your seatbelts kids. Seriously.

I started a new part-time job on top of my current part-time job (which I work full-time shifts for, just not every day, and not consistently week-to-week). I’ll actually have an announcement related to that soon, so stay tuned. All the while, I’ve made sure ZNN is still running. We’ve only sold 2 Andy figures, but that’s alright. I’ll probably drop the price soon. And maybe give it as a thank-you to anyone who has donated over a certain amount to ZNN- you help keep the lights on here, it’s the least we can do.

We will have an announcement soon regarding the Ultimate Thank-You Card Project. Hopefully it will be good, but I’ll be honest, it might not be. We will let you know soon.

My point is, I hope you can be patient. With me, with ZNN, with everything. Be patient with yourself as well. Because at the end of the day, all we can do is try. Try to make the world a better place, as Judy Hopps said.

And speaking of trying, it turns out one of the very best covers of Try Everything was removed from youtube for some reason. The Punkens, with their absolute banger of a cover, have vanished, and if it weren’t for KeezyKabreezy and The Punkens Tribute reuploading their work, it would be lost to time.

So thank you, kind stranger, for preserving this important piece of Zootopia fandom history. This song has gotten me through some of the hardest times of my life, and I hope it can bring you some of the inspiration it has brought me. And if the Punkens happen to read this… Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. This is worth preserving and cherishing.
