Time to take Doctor Fuzzby’s advice and grab your favorite emotional support mammal and head on out to a showing… In China at least.
Zootopia is so popular there that people are taking their dogs to showings to support our favorite Fox and Bunny duo. Moviegoers in China are taking their dogs to see Zootopia 2, with cinemas hosting special pet-friendly screenings and their posts on social media have quickly gone viral. Owners are posting videos of themselves and their pups at showings.
While there haven’t been that many “pet-friendly” screenings, those who have gone have enjoyed seeing the sequel with a unique twist to their experience. which has only added to the hype of the sequel in general.
Most of the videos posted on social media show the owners holding up their pets along with phone lights resembling a concert crowd, while others show dogs sitting calmly in the theater seats beside their owners, glued to the screen.
How cool is this? People in China are bringing their dogs to watch Zootopia.

Some have even gone to the effort of dressing up their favorite pooches with Zootopia inspired costumes, such as the ZPD uniforms for their ever loyal canines.
Zootopia has touched the hearts and minds of so many people around the world, let’s take hand to paw and all celebrate ZOOGETHER.
