A good villain is an all-too-important aspect of many storylines. How many villains can you remember from stories or movies? People are more apt to remember villains who carry the weight of the conflict on their shoulders. A tragic backstory, unclear motives, or conflicted feelings can all play their part in making a good villain. There is no doubt that Disney has made quite a variety of villains who have left their mark on the cultural lexicon. From Jafar to Maleficent, there is no shortage of them.  Some of them have done some pretty bad things that set up the true nature of their persona.
