The construction of the Zootopia land at Shanghai Disneyland continues, and this latest overhead photo of the construction site seems to indicate that the Precinct One police station will indeed be part of the land once completed.
To be clear, though the station was also featured in some of the conceptual art for the land, sometimes what’s featured in Disney’s mock-ups and what makes it to the final product are two different things. So now it seems fairly confirmed that the station will be there, though it’s unclear in what capacity (see: can you go inside it, is it part of a ride, etc.).
Construction began last December for Shanghai Disneyland’s Zootopia area, and a completion date has not yet been announced.
