I don't understand, I submitted the new chapter of The Faded Line the same day as a couple of these came out. Why isn't it listed here as one of the updated stories?
I wouldn't worry too much. I'm willing to bet their system is a bit… random, and/or swamped. This is run by fans, for fans after all. I mean, I submitted a completed fan-fiction a while ago and received an email telling me their pre-readers would be getting to it shortly, but I've yet to find out if it'll be accepted or rejected.
So, worse case scenario your submission fell through the cracks, which would be human and understandable given this site is a hobby of theirs. Or they just haven't had a chance to review it yet! 🙂
