Sports are one of those things that are universally loved worldwide. From the global phenomenon Soccer to more localized thrills like Cricket and Polo. No matter one’s preference, every sport has its fanbase as well as its championship. Things like the World Cup and Super Bowl have taken the world by storm. But one of the most well-known and most followed sports is actually a collection of them, the Olympics. Split up into two halves, the Winter and Summer versions of the games attract teams from just about every country on the globe. While some countries dominate certain sports, others sometimes surprise with a good showing in any number of sports. But have you ever thought about what it would look like if Zootopia had a sports event like this, what it would look like?
Well, Joninhaart has answered just this question. Taking into consideration such things as the ceremonies in the game, such as the torch and medal presentations. Focusing on some of the sport offerings and even giving some insight into the designs of the different uniforms. But perhaps the most interesting insight into this might be a biological look into how the different species would have distinct advantages over one another. Obviously, land animals are not going to do as well in water as their aquatic siblings. After all, speed is not everything, as endurance and other factors must be taken into consideration.
