Corruption is something present in many films and books. The theme that the system is dysfunctional to some extent is something that is not unique one. But have you ever thought about its place in Zootopia? Sure, one could consider the role of Bellwether in the first film and consider how she might represent that facet within the government. When it comes to the police’s role in the films, many would consider that one to be presented as a positive representation. Especially when one of the film’s main protagonists is the foremost showing of that system. If one takes a closer look at the department, though, there may be some more questionable aspects of how it runs. In a recent video by Poggy, the analysis covers some of the more curious decisions made by Bogo and other leaders within the ZPD. It might not be quite as clean-cut as one thinks.
