Much is written of the aftermath of the Night Howler scare in Zootopia, but rarely do they tackle the everymammal, those personally affected by the trauma — the Renato Manchases, the Emmitt Ottertons. “What Happened at N.I.T.E.” follows these animals and more at a free recurring therapy session, the Nighthowler Incident Therapy and Education sessions, at which Dr. Melanie Leuca attempts to soothe and counsel the victims of the attacks on both sides of the aisle — predator and prey alike. But not everyone appreciates these sessions, and soon N.I.T.E. and its beneficiaries are sent into disarray. “What Happened at N.I.T.E.” is a delicately handled foray into issues such as PTSD and emotional trauma, and it accurately reflects the messiness of these situations — no one mammal, for instance, is without their own faults, their own insecurities, their own shortcomings. It can be a tough read, but it’s an important one at that. ~YFWE

Description :
In the aftermath of the Nighthowler incident and Dawn Bellwether’s arrest, Zootopia’s political leaders institute free counseling and support services to those suffering from assorted emotional and psychological traumas stemming from the many attacks. The Nighthowler Incident Therapy and Education (N.I.T.E.) sessions are meant to help all mammals–both predators and prey alike–find resolution together as they come to terms with what happened to them and the pain they caused each other.
