Behind the Scenes of Zootopia’s Styles!

Cover Models by Hannah C Meyer

When Disney set out to make Zootopia, they wanted to make sure that a world of walking, talking, clothed mammals felt real.  Once they’d gotten the first two parts down, the challenge was getting clothes right.  After all, fabric would work differently on an Elephant’s body than it would on a Mouse.

The Official Zootopia Facebook Page surprised us yesterday with this quick little video on how the animators put together the styles and fabrics involved in Zootopia, as well as how they dealt with some very unique challenges that they had never had to deal with before in animation.  It’s a great video with some very interesting information and models we hadn’t seen before.

Check it out over on facebook or after the break!
