NaZoWriMo week 4: The Final Stretch!

Another week has passed, and we've hit the final stretch! ZNN's NaZoWriMo event is officially in it's final week (okay, we've got 8 days)! I hope you've all been writing, as we enter the final stretch, once again I wish you all the best of luck! Remember the tips from our last post!

I've talked to a few people in the event so far, of course one of my close friends just couldn't make it, but I've also heard from a few people doing pretty great along the path! Anyone can make it, just sit down and keep on working!

Now, as I told you last week, remember to edit later. I've seen a few jokes about December, and as it stands, they're pretty accurate. December is jokingly referred to as "National Novel Editing Month", and after an event like this, that's the perfect way to finish up your story after an event like this!

Before I go, I have a reminder for all of you. Remember to finish and submit your finished story from the event by the end of the day on Thursday, December 1st. As for submitting, email the finished story to Submit@ZootopiaNewsNetwork.com with [NaZoWriMo] in the subject line, after your story's title.

Alright, that's all for today! Good luck everyone!

~Dominic Faux, signing off.

  1. Finally hit over 10,000 words. Can I truly push myself and my imagination to 50K in 8 days? I have a feeling I can but I got a chunk of Break work to do as well. Hopefully I can balance it out.

  2. Now, when you say submit, do you mean post it on a site like AO3 or FanFiction and submit a link, or email a pdf/docx/other file to the supplies email? I am not 100% sure I will have the word count met, I am at just shy of 20k, but I have not have the right, well, muse to do much lately.

    1. AO3 or Fanfiction and submit a link. If not we're putting it on a google doc where you'll never be able to see how well it did or get comments. Mua ha ha ha!

Also, the challenge is 50k, remember?

    2. Yeah, but let's just say I haven't written in over a week because I can't find the right, how should I put it, mental state to do so, plus I work retail and am in the week of Black Friday. I am off the entire weekend so I hope to get something done.
