When Judy and Nick uncovered Bellwether’s conspiracy and sent her to prison, it might have ended the species riots that had been going on, but it didn’t eliminate the prejudice and bias that existed in the city. People will still have their ingrained biases, and our heroes face this once again in this touching comic.
