ZNN News and Updates: 4 Months Old, the Ultimate Thank-You Card Project, and Patreon!

ZNN has been in operation for 4 months now.  4 months!  That’s incredible!  I never would have guessed we’d be where we are today- almost 700,000 pageviews, over 400 articles, and thousands of viewers every single day!  I can’t thank you enough for all you have done.  Your art, your stories, your videos… you’ve sent us so much amazing stuff, and it’s been a genuine pleasure to feature it here.

Not only that, but in the past week alone, the Ultimate Thank-You Card project received over 50 cards, notes, and pictures, bringing us from only having 31 things to send to Disney to having over 80 things to send!  Thank you all so much!  The Ultimate Thank-You Card project will be officially ending at midnight on August 1st, but it will take us some time to get everything ready to physically mail, so we will continue to accept cards and letters until we make a post announcing that we’re actually sending them.

ZNN has been a blast so far. We want to keep it growing and improving, bringing you more and more of the amazing content that we see.  We want to make the site even more fun to be on and easier for you to navigate.  In short, we want to try everything we can to make ZNN the best website it can possibly be.

To that end, we have launched a Patreon page, where you can go to donate a small amount every month to help us keep going.  You can find it at patreon.com/ZNN.

The money donated to us will go into the site, allowing us to do even more amazing and ambitious things, like monthly contests and giveaways for you to win Zootopia merchandise.  If you make a donation, either through Paypal or Patreon, your name will be included in our list of supporters, over in the right-hand column.  We want to give back to the amazing community that’s made this site what it is, and so far, this seems like the best way to do that.


Again, thank you all so much for such an incredible 4 months.  It’s been one heck of a ride so far, and I can’t wait to keep it going into the future.
